Variety: the spice of a party’s life.Top-40. Big Band. Techno. Motown. Modern Rock. Disco. The list of musical forms goes on and on, and you’ll probably want to hear songs from at least several different genres at your event. That’s why we’ve included virtually every type of music imaginable in our library of more than 10,000 titles. And we update it on a weekly basis, so our collection is as current as your favorite radio station’s. Feel like Smashing Pumpkins? Are you crooning for Sinatra? Wanna get down with James Brown? No problem. We’ve got it all covered.

To remain current, we subscribe to the Promo Only DJ music service — each month we get one CD from Promo Only covering “Mainstream Radio.”  These subscriptions keep us on top of the latest hits — if they’re playing it on the radio, we probably have it! And our computer-based DJ system lets us quickly locate any song request by either title or artist.

We encourage you to give us a reasonable list of specific songs and music styles you do or don’t want us to play. We do recommend that you leave us enough flexibility to also play requests and music that we think will be popular with your guests. At your event we will happily welcome and honor requests, as long as they are appropriate and in line with any programming guidelines you give us. We also offer request cards–if you like, we’ll put them on your tables (free of charge!) with pens to make it easier for your guests to make requests!

Although our huge music library covers most popular music all the way back to the 1930′s, it’s possible that we might be missing some of your personal favorites. As an added service, we’ll go out and buy at no additional cost to you a few of those (within reason) as long as we get your special request list at least one month in advance of your party

EQUIPMENT

You probably don’t care too much about equipment. What you do care about is what it can do for you. You want everything to sound and look great. And you don’t want your event to end early due to equipment failure. These are the reasons why you want high-quality professional equipment used at your event. All of our equipment is chosen for excellent sound/video quality and reliability. We have modularized our primary sound systems to provide maximum flexibility. We choose which components to bring to an event based on factors such as number of rooms needing sound, size of the rooms/crowds, and space available for equipment.
